WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?

Prices depend on many factors, all jobs are charged by the hour. Typical graphic design projects are $25-30/hr. or a flat $100 for a small/ medium setup job. If you have small changes to a pre-existing file that takes 5 min for a quick update, we will charge the min amount of $35 per revision. Before any work is done, an estimate and a contract will be given to clients to sign off on. In this contract a deposit will need to be paid before any work is started. Deposits start from $20-50 depending on the project. A final invoice will be sent and be required to be paid before final design files/ paintings are sent/ delivered.

Any stock photos purchased will be charged to the client and indicated in the final invoice.

IS THE ARTWORK OUR PROPERTY ONCE PAID FOR

Yes. ALL approved web images and high resolution images purchased are 100% yours one the project is fully complete and paid for.

HOW DOES YOUR PAINTING PROCESS WORK?

A questionnaire is needed to be filled out before the painting is started. Colour swatches can be sent if needed. All paintings come with a free refinished/ repurposed thrifted frame. The colour of the frame can also be customized depending on stock and supplies. Sizing for paintings also differ depending on different variables.

 

HOW DOES YOUR LOGO DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

A questionnaire is needed to be filled out before an initial meeting takes place. During our initial logo meeting, we first begin by discussing ideas, target market, uses for this logo and other answers from the questionnaire. Initial concepts will be sent along with questions about likes and dislikes. Initial concepts usually contain three-five ideas. During the logo process a mood board will also be developed to help create visual representations of the logo and branding.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGN PROJECT ONCE IT IS FINISHED?

A finished project is upon final payment.

Digital files will be supplied by dropbox, e-mail, WeTransfer or whatever method needed. A copy of the project will be kept on file for later updates or should a file be resent.

Print products can be delivered/ dropped off, mailed or print files can be sent if printing is prefered to be done separately.

Paintings will be delivered/ dropped off or sent via post.
